  1. Recently my husband passed out while we were touring a museum. Why? Because he was dehydrated. He didn’t drink his usual glass of water in the morning nor did he have his glass of orange juice. When the EMT’s came they said it was from dehydration. He is not one to drink a lot of water, but I think he finally learned his lesson!

    It’s good to know there are other ways to consume water if you actually do not like the taste of water! I love watermelon, oranges, and cucumbers. I’m happy to learn that they contain so much water and that they can be substituted for actual water.

    No one should underestimate the need for water in our bodies. Without the proper amount of water, our cells shrivel up and wreak havoc.

      Truth be told, we generally underestimate the importance of water to our general wellbeing. I personally never did like drinking water for a very long time, but have conditioned myself to drinking much more of it over the years.
